They Paid, But Never Saw the Project: Checkatrade Disaster.
My rundown with Checkatrade was a complete shambles. I hired a trader through their service to carry out some vital home repairs. They appeared legitimate at first, but it resulted in a appalling ordeal.
Although I paid the full amount upfront, the work was never done. Getting a response ceased. It's been a truly agonizing period, and I'm still left with a house in disarray.
Checkatrade has been unhelpful throughout this whole process. They laughed at my plight. It feels like I've been scammed.
